A case of too many cooks spoil the broth?

I got my new eating programme from the nutritional Dr. lady and what’s bothering me is the lack of focus on wholegrains and fibre (the first phase anyhow).  Seems like she’s focussing on the mostly on the intolerance side of things and isn’t really attending to the PCOS/IR side of things.  *sigh*

D-Day for bad eating habits…

I’ve told you that I’ve been seeing this General Practitioner that specialises in Nutritional Therapy.  Well I get my Alcat results tomorrow, with my all new and improved eating programme.  So from tomorrow I’ve got to be a good eating girl.

Ok, so I’ve been trying to compose the perfect search term to locate blogs of individuals that have had three failed IVF’s (I know I’ve only had two, but I need some extra reassurance – I’m a hope monger I know!), zero positives, PCOS, poor(ish) embryo quality and eventually fell pregnant.
